PROJECTS
Operation Homelink
Operation Homelink provided home computers to the family members of deployed United States Service Members. This provided a new method of communication for the families. I worked with my Corporate clients to secure donations and managed the refurbishment and redeployment of the technology assets.
JPMC NetFresh
NetFresh was the multi-year refresh of Data and Voice Network platforms in every JPMC retail banking branch in the United States. The initiative upgraded WAN connectivity, deployed end state technology including VOIP, and allowed for improved application performance and delivery. We converted a total of 4,750 retail branches over a 4-year period. I managed all of the technology assets including purchasing $100MM+ of new hardware and coordinating the deployments and tracking of each individual asset.
NetJets iPad Donation Program
Managed the program to secure, refurbish and donate 2,000+ NetJets pilot iPads. Worked with organizations including Meals on Wheels, the Boys & Girls Club of America, Mid-Ohio Foodbank, disadvantaged local schools, and other community groups to add new technology.
USPS Intelligent Parcel Induction Units
Managed project with the United States Postal Service to deploy, install and service cutting edge, self-service induction technology. Diebold Nixdorf, and my team provided a comprehensive product and services solution for the USPS Intelligent Parcel Acceptance program. Our world-leading hardware and software was customized to meet exacting USPS requirements, then fielded and supported by a world-class service organization focused on self-service systems. We were able to work very efficiently with USPS staff to manage this important program and assure that the developed system met all USPS product, service, economic and image goals for the initiative.
